Are you finding the information and resources you need?
I have found a good many resources that I need for my plan. There are many educational communities on the web that help support the use of technology in the classroom. They are full of new and interesting ideas that can be Incorporated some are simple and other more complex. Along with that I have found a few sites that stay up to date on developing technology that I have been monitoring. One of the biggest helps is a teacher in the school that has the same gaols as I do. With this person we are able to share resources and ideas.
Do you need to modify your action plan?
So far I believe my action plan is working well. One thing that I would like to able to do is develop a digital library where I can view the technologies being used for future reference. I feel this sometimes shows more detail then reading an article.
What have you learned so far?
To get what you want it takes a little research and asking around. Sometimes the best sources are the ones in your own building.
What new questions have arisen?
Is there away to get funding to demo new technologies in the school systems so that it does not have to come out of the school or teachers pocket?

Technology Supporting GAME
I think that the hardest of my goals for the GAME plan is keeping up with developing technologies due to the mass amount of companies out there developing them. To help support me in my efforts I would become a member of several web based communities and blogs to help keep myself up to date. By using the RSS feeds I can me notified when something is being updated. With the update I can change the description of the feeds so I can keep track of information presented on the site as it is developed. This organizational tool will help keep me from having to track each blog manually and store all of my information in one digital location. This resource is priceless in the amount of time saving convenience it provides.
As I use these new technologies I can keep track of when I used them with a web based calender such as the one through google. This would be an easier way to track the frequency of each type of lesson I have used with my student. Along with the calender I can make short memos on what did and did not work on that day during the lesson. One thing that I currently do is organize all of my lessons by unit and store any material that can be saved digitally with the lesson. This makes it easier to make adjustments to the lesson and easier to find the materials for the lesson the following year. By using these two resources I have to spend less time recreating the wheel and spend more time developing the lesson more or searching for new things that can add depth to the lesson.
When it comes to evaluating the lessons some of the tools that I would use to monitor progress is web based surveys and our CPS response clicker system. The web based surveys allow me to survey all of the students in a short amount of time and not have to gather the information manually from their surveys. The clicker system allows me to develop a short assessment on the lesson taught and have immediate feed back to see if the lesson was successful or not and what areas may need more focus.

Developing GAME
The first area of focus is Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity. I want to focus on this because I believe with the drive that the states are putting on to get the students to perform better as teachers we are losing the ability to inspire creativity and learning.
The form of action that I would take is to strive for at least one lesson a week that would allow students to explore into a subject matter and collaborate about amongst their peers. When students engage in the learning process on their own and reflect what they have found with their peers it is more effective than any lecture.
To monitor the progress I would mark a calender of the dates where I tried these types of lesson with the students. A short reflection would given of how well it went and what to change.
To evaluate how well it is going I would use several tools. One would be a survey given to the students one how well they liked the activity and how beneficial they thought it was as a whole. At the end of the lesson there would be a short assessment such as a quiz or exit slip so I could make a correlation of what they actually learned to how well they felt they learned.
I would like to focus more on the second standard of Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assessments. I feel that this is an area of continuous growth. Everyday there are new technologies that are being developed that will be beneficial to the learning experience. My main goal for this standard is trying to keep up with these technologies.
To help achieve this goal I would like to join learning communities that are centered on the use of new technologies. This ranges from being a member of blogs on the World Wide Web to being a member of my technology committee at my school and board of education if possible.
To help monitor the information gathered I would have a journal in which I would save links or other materials that pertain to the new technology. With each of the technologies I would write a short how to on how it works and what it does. This way when developing lessons it is easier for me to reference the materials needed to develop my lesson plans.
